British Sugar TOPSOIL scoops BALI National Landscape award

British Sugar’s TOPSOIL brand has been awarded the BALI National Landscape award for providing exceptional service to its customers.
The entry submitted for the Affiliate Exceptional Service category contained detailed evidence on how customer expectations are exceeded, technical support is offered, customer support and guidance is provided, how efficient the service is, along with the excellent product range on offer and how the topsoil is developed.
The Judges’ comments included: "British Sugar TOPSOIL and its staff have shown leadership in this specialist field. The company provides a clear articulation of their products, how they are produced, managed and monitored and the markets they are designed for. The submission clearly explains the technical support available, the links to educational establishments that have been developed to help promote industry advancement and the good staff/customer relationships that exist.”
