Introducing New Faces to the TOPSOIL Team

National TOPSOIL Manager Andy Spetch and Sales Manager Natalie Gudgin have two new colleagues to help them maintain British Sugar TOPSOIL’s reputation for excellent customer service. Kim Campton and Grace Townsend have joined the TOPSOIL team following a move to pastures new by Andy and Natalie’s former colleagues of longstanding, Sam Colman and Sally Walton.

Kim Campton, who has moved from British Sugar’s Customer Services Department, which she joined in 2015, brings with her a strong record of efficiently handling customer orders and enquiries at British Sugar. Her previous experience of working for the Environment Agency’s Waterways Department, where she was responsible for rented moorings, including the issuing of contracts and licences and collection of mooring fees, will also inform her new role.

A keen sportswoman, Kim has played Women’s Rugby for 18 years and represented her club at county level. She is particularly looking forward to working with TOPSOIL clients in the sports turf sector and promoting the features of TOPSOIL’s new Sports & Turf dressing.

Grace Townsend has joined British Sugar TOPSOIL from Bidfood, suppliers of food and catering products, where she worked as a telesales executive responsible for obtaining and developing customers and growing her own customer base. She will be employing similar skills at TOPSOIL, identifying potential customers and matching their requirements to the company’s products.Outside of the work environment Grace is an enthusiastic supporter of summer music festivals and, in the winter, is a keen skier.

With this change to half the TOPSOIL team, Andy Spetch is keen to introduce Kim and Grace to clients:

“I want our clients to know that they can expect the same excellent levels of customer service from the new-look team. Although Sam Colman and Sally Walton are hard acts to follow, Natalie and I have been busy passing on our knowledge and experience and I know that Kim and Grace will soon be entirely confident in their roles. I wish them every success in their future careers with British Sugar TOPSOIL.”
