Annual Customer Survey

Every year British Sugar TOPSOIL conducts an annual customer survey. The focus of this year’s survey was to gain customer feedback on our new products Hort Loam, Sports & Turf and Lawn Dressing.
At British Sugar TOPSOIL we always aim to provide our customers with the highest level of customer service and this year was no different which was shown in the results. In regards to quality of customer service we received 100% excellent or very good. As a thank you for completing the customer survey we offered the chance to win a hamper containing products from around the ABF business and the winner was chosen at random.
This year's winner was Dockerill Plant Hire and he had this to say:
“Using British Sugar TOPSOILS products give him peace of mind due to being compliant to the BS3882:2015 standard”
“Availability is excellent, and being able to pick up the phone and place an order is always quick and easy.”
