British Sugar TOPSOIL donates Hort Loam to “Up the Garden Bath” charity challenge

Up the Garden Bath is a Peterborough based charity who upcycle old bathtubs into educational garden planters for schools, community centres and residential care homes. They also do several community regeneration projects where they create pop up pollinator parks to encourage and enhance inner city wildlife.

Up the Garden Bath have teamed up with Peterborough Environment City Trust (PECT) to transform their underused green space in the west of Peterborough with the aim of creating a multi-use area that can be used to grow produce, host educational workshops and attract wildlife.

The challenge of this transformation is that the charity cannot spend a single penny in the process (even the screws must be donated!).

British Sugar TOPSOIL were happy to donate TOPSOIL to this project and we wish Up the Garden Bath the best luck with the project.
