British Sugar TOPSOIL proud to officially support #GroundsWeek 2022

The return of the GMA’s annual awareness week will take place 28 February - 6 March 2022, British Sugar TOPSOIL, is proud to officially support #GroundsWeek 2022. The annual awareness week is hosted by the Grounds Management Association (GMA), the leading not-for-profit membership body for grounds professionals and volunteers, and this year aims to attract more grounds staff and volunteers into the sector through the week’s activities.
It will build on last year’s launch of the week by focusing on the fulfilment that working in the sector can offer, highlighting that people with jobs in the outdoors, including grounds staff, are more fulfilled than those who work indoors.
With grounds management and turf care so vital to the delivery of sport, #GroundsWeek offers the opportunity to take a moment to reflect on the industry’s successes over the previous year.
To celebrate the week, TOPSOIL will be sharing bio’s from volunteers to full-time groundsmen who work incredibly hard.
Geoff Webb, CEO of the GMA, says:

care about what we do. Grounds management is such a varied and rewarding role and we
want to make even more people aware of the industry and its potential.”
